Counselling / Psychology / Mental Health

Accepting New Clients In-person and Online.

I’m an empathetic and compassionate therapist, dedicated to building a collaborative relationship with each of my clients. I understand how daunting it can be to face your struggles and concerns. By walking this journey alongside you, I hope to help you develop the skills and resilience needed to approach these experiences with renewed hope, understanding, and meaningful change. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle and am currently a Registered Provisional Psychologist.

I believe that you are the author of your own story, which is why my approach is deeply client-centered. My practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), existential approaches, and structural family systems when working with families. I’ve completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and EMDR training to further support my clients.

I have experience counseling individuals navigating substance use, ADHD, OCD, students and youth engaged in at-risk activities, brain injuries, career and life transitions, relationship issues, and mental health challenges. This has deepened my sensitivity to trauma, abuse, and suicide. I also have experience leading psychoeducation groups and love working with couples to enhance communication, heal from betrayal, or manage the complexities of everyday life together. As a non-status Indigenous person, I’m committed to supporting fellow Indigenous individuals.

My clientele includes individual adults, families, couples, and the elderly, addressing a wide range of issues. Book an appointment today to start climbing that mountain with me by your side.
